Axiom Cycles General Returns Policy

Our conscientious professional staff will work with you to find the right products for you. If you are unsure whether the parts you are looking for are the right ones for your motorcycle, then please ask us before you make your purchase. We are here to help you!

Return a purchase within 60 days of purchase for exchange or refund (less restocking fee and shipping charges which are not refundable). All returns require a Return Merchandise Approval (RMA) number. Please contact our customer service department to obtain a Return Merchandise Approval (RMA) number. All returns are subject to applicable restocking fees.

I recieved a damaged or broken part

Damaged or broken parts must be reported within 1 day of delivery.

Damaged or broken parts will be exchanged upon return to us.

All returns must be returned in the original carton and with the original packaging (shrink wrap intact).

Parts cannot be damaged showing any sign of wear as a result of installation or improper use.

In most cases reported damaged or broken parts will require an inspection by the carrier. After an inspection we will process the exchange or refund.

How long does it take to receive the replacement or the refund?

I recieved a defective item or recieved the item in error

Defective parts must be reported to us within 2 days.

Defective parts with the exception of Arlen Ness products will be exchanged upon return to us. Arlen Ness does not support local dealers. Issues with Arlen Ness products are to be addressed with Arlen Ness.

Incorrect Parts shipped to you as the result of our error will be exchanged for the same part.

All returns must be in new saleable condition (shrink wrap intact).

Parts cannot be damaged showing any sign of wear as a result of installation or improper use.

We will also pay return shipping costs for you on defective parts, excluding Arlen Ness, or parts shipped as a result of our error. See details on our Special Orders and Warranty page.

The item I purchased broke or stop working within the warranty period

So long as the item is under the warranty, we will work with the manufacturer according to the warranty policy applied to that particular item sold.

As soon as we receive your request, we will contact to the manufacture and we will reply to you with detailed information and steps necessary to process your request.

How to return an order

I ordered the incorrect part or I changed my mind.

Return a purchase for exchange or refund within 60 days of purchase.

All returns are to be in new re-sellable condition with original packaging (shrink wrap intact) and documentation.

Parts cannot be return if damaged showing any sign of wear as a result of installation or improper use.

Shipping fees are not refundable.

We cannot accept any returns on Special Orders.

Engines, Frames, Transmissions, Tires, Front Ends, and Electrical parts can not be returned.

Custom orders for Wheels, Cables, Seats or any made to order parts can not be returned unless sent to you as a result of our error.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse the return request. Restocking fees will be deducted from your credit or refund.

Orders returned in new condition -

  • Prior to 30 days of deliverly are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • After 30 days and prior to 60 days of delivery are subject to a 35% restocking fee.
  • After 60 days of deliverly returns are not accepted.
  • Minimum restocking fee is $10.00.

Items must be returned in their original product packaging. Parts scratched or damaged in return shipping due to inadequate packaging will not be accepted. Include the completed return form with your item. Write the original invoice number and RMA number on the outside of the packing.

All returns must be authorized in advance and shipped pre-paid.

If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will provide you with a UPS return shipping label and we will pay the return shipping costs.

If the return is not the result of our error the customer is responsible for shipping the return item. We suggest you ship by UPS, FedEx, or U.S. Mail. The original shipping cost of the returned item and any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from your your credit or refund.

No collect shipments or returns without an RMA on the packaging will be accepted. Insure the returned part for its full value to protect yourself against loss.

How long does it take to receive the refund?

We process all requests as soon as we receive your returned item.

You can expect to receive your refund within a few weeks of shipping your return to us. This processing time includes the transit time for us to receive your return (approximately 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 business days).

After we have received the returned merchandise an e-mail will be sent informing you of the refund.
